How do we clean it?
A wipe with a soft microfiber cloth dampened with water and a mild soap — no alcohol or abrasive cleaners.
Does it scratch?
The cast acrylic we use is harder than the everyday kind, and it keeps its look with normal use. Just avoid dragging metal plates straight across it.
What can it handle?
Thicknesses from 3mm for accessories up to 10mm for tables — every piece is engineered for its purpose and load-tested before it reaches you.

We replace it instantly — no questions asked. Open the box with the courier, and if there's any scratch or crack, photograph it and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours — your replacement is dispatched the moment we receive the photos.
Returns
You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the fault is ours.
