Every Hanaya piece carries a full one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.

If it arrives scratched

We replace it instantly — no questions asked. Open the box with the courier, and if there's any scratch or crack, photograph it and send it to us on WhatsApp within 48 hours — your replacement is dispatched the moment we receive the photos.

Returns

You have the right to return within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece is in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the fault is ours.

Caring for acrylic

• Clean only with a microfibre cloth dampened with water and mild soap
• No alcohol, chlorine or glass cleaners — they cause fine cracks
• Keep away from very hot surfaces
